Mineno Shiraume Sake Brewery is located at the foot of Mt. Kakuta, almost in the center of the Echigo Plain, and is a sake brewery with a history of about 400 years.
The sake produced here is a new type of sake, focusing on a rich and delicious flavor, in Niigata, where many sakes are light and dry.
The harmony of the rice’s umami and beautiful sweetness brings out the aroma of the yeast, satisfying your senses without ever getting bored.
And here’s the second one.

Founded in 1923 (Taisho 12).
Hamachidori Co., Ltd. is the only brewery in Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture, that aims to create a flavor loved by locals and produce high-quality sake.
We continue to brew sake in harmony with nature, expressing the unique scenery of the brewery while exuding a sense of locality.
The gentle aroma and modest taste are reminiscent of Iwate’s most famous poet.
By warming the sake, you can enjoy the exquisite technique of the Nanbu brewer, who envelops and further enhances the aroma of the soba.
